Aaron Spelling $150 Million Manor

Aaron Spelling Manor For Sale: $150 Million

The Real Estalker reveals that the listing for Candy Spelling's $150 million home in Holmby Hills, California has gone live.

The home has been quietly listed for months but this is the first official look at the home.

Standing as the crown jewel in a premier Southern California neighborhood, The Manor is the largest and grandest private residence in Los Angeles.

Beautifully positioned on nearly five acres of rare flat land in prized Holmby Hills, situated between Beverly Hills and Bel-Air, The Manor was built by entertainment royalty Candy and Aaron Spelling.

When Aaron Spelling died in 2006, his 15,700 square-foot Holmby Hills estate went to his widow, Candy.

Built in 1991, the gated, three-story French chateau-styled palace has a wine cellar and tasting room, bowling alley, gift-wrapping room, humidity-controlled silver storage room, china room, barber shop, a library and scads of other rooms, some which come with 27-foot ceilings.

Some have estimated the room count at more than 100, but even Candy Spelling can't keep count.

Deemed the most prolific producer in the history of television, the late Aaron Spelling was the genius behind such popular shows as "Charlie's Angels"; "Dynasty"; "Fantasy Island"; and "Beverly Hills, 90210."

The home is a reflection of the success the Spellings enjoyed and their appreciation for living in the lap of luxury.

The listing is here.
