The wheels of the rumor mill are already grinding away this morning, and it’s an interesting tale they’re turning out. According to the diligent detectives at TMZ, recording artist Kanye West and reality star Kim Kardashian have both quietly put their Los Angeles-area homes up for sale under a ‘pocket listing’. The inevitable conclusion of such actions – Kim and Kanye may be looking for a place to rent together.




There’s no doubt that both of the properties will sell quickly. West’s minimalist modern (top and above) has some swank accommodations, as shown in these listing photos from 2010. Clean interiors, shimmery chandeliers, sweeping city views – it’s all here. There’s even an aquarium in the master bathroom. The interiors of Kardashian’s posh Mediterranean-style home (below) are, by contrast, appointed with crown moldings, hardwood floors, and more traditional furnishings, while the grounds are replete with lawns, porticos, patios, and pools. The properties have reportedly been listed for $5 million each.

Our favorite celebrity real estate mama brings word today that pop princess and serial home jumper, Britney Spears, is on the move again. This time around, Britney is headed for Thousand Oaks, California where, according to The Real Estalker, she will be leasing a “big, beige stone and stucco mcmansion that overlooks one of the fairways” at the posh golf community of Sherwood Country Club Estates.

If sources hold true, Britney will be slightly downsizing with her next real estate move. She was previously leasing a19,100-square-foot mansion with 10-bedrooms and 13-bathroooms in Hidden Hills, California; however, her new spread is reportedly a two-story structure that measures in at a little over 10,500-square-feet and includes a total of a five bathrooms and six-and-a-half baths. The Thousand Oaks property features fine, custom-designed aesthetic details such as inlaid marble and wood flooring, heavily detailed wrought-iron staircases and exposed-beam ceilings in various areas throughout. The home also includes a wealth of desirable amenities like a sprawling entertainment room, custom theater, wood-paneled library and chef’s kitchen. The resort-style backyard looks out over the golf course and comes complete with a massive cabana and outdoor kitchen combination, infinity pool and an expansive field of grass that could be the perfect play area for Britney’s children, Sean and Jayden.

Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian have finally found a place to settle into in Dallas, Texas. The celebrity couple was rumored to have been shopping around for a new home ever since the Los Angeles Lakers shipped the NBA’s 2011 Sixth Man of the Year to the Dallas Mavericks less than a month ago, and the duo has apparently settled on a posh condo at the W Dallas Victory Hotel & Residences.

According to E! Online, Khloe and Lamar are paying $7,500-a-month to lease the two-bedroom, two-bath dwelling. Owned by Mack Hicks, the son of Texas Rangers owner and Dallas business magnate Tom Hicks, the interior of the condo was designed by Penny Sanders of Sanders Studio and features slate flooring, wet bar, kitchen with Miele appliances, bathrooms tiled in Mother of Pearl and a pool table that will come in handy when Rob Kardashian comes to visit. Building amenities for residents of W Dallas include a pair of fitness centers, Bliss spa, zero-edge infinity pool, private entertainment room and something called a ‘Whatever Whenever’ service.

Odom’s uncertain future with the Mavericks could be just one of the many reasons why the NBA forward and wife have opted to rent and not buy in Big D. Although Odom’s contract runs through 2012-13, his $8.2 salary for next season is only partially guaranteed, meaning that Dallas may opt to cut or buy out the versatile forward as the team gears up to make a run at Dwight Howard and Deron Williams, both of whom are slated to hit the free-agent market at season’s end.

Is The Fame Monster herself moving to Lititz, Pennsylvania? According to the latest celebrity buzz, pop superstar Lady Gaga is on the verge of plunking down $1.7 million on an English Manor-styled estate in an effort to be closer to current love interest, Taylor Kinney. Radar Online reports that the ever eccentric and always polarizing singer has been scoping out the 6,000-square-foot Bent Creek property and seen in the area at nearby shops and eateries with her Vampire Diaries beau.

Built in 2006, the possible future Gaga love nest offers a total of four bedrooms and five baths, and includes a wealth of luxury features and amenities. The interior of the multi-level home boasts impressive mahogany and birch woodwork – highlighted by custom cabinetry and an exquisite grand staircase – along with marble flooring, stone fireplaces and crown molding. The estate comes complete with a formal dining room, interior and exterior kitchens, media room, workout room and a multi-windowed sunroom that looks out onto the rear of the property. A spacious master suite features a massive master bath and Jacuzzi, but the real bread and butter in the bedroom is a set of French doors that connect to a private terrace.

Her latest album, Born This Way, debuted at No.1 on the Billboard 200 and has sold more than 2 million copies in the United States and over 8 million copies worldwide to date. The boyfriend, Kinney, plays the role of Mason Lockwood on The CW-broadcasted supernatural drama Vampire Diaries.
