Jenniffer Aniston's Sleek House in BelAir

Jennifer Aniston has reportedly plunked down $21 million on this 8,500 square-foot house in Bel-Air, California. It was designed in 1965 by architect A. Quincy Jones

The house originally went on the market for $29 million in 2008.

There are lots of great floor-to-ceiling windows
A long covered balcony off the second floor

According to Yahoo Real Estate, the house comes with “more than three acres of land, views of the city and ocean, a pool, a guesthouse, a wine cellar, and—last but certainly not least—a vineyard. Let’s not forget to look inside: those distinctly mid century-feeling interiors boasts gleaming wood floors, full-wall expanses of glass, and some pretty stunning fireplace detail.”
Jen seems to love real estate. Last May it was reported that she bought two apartments in NYC.

Inside Marilyn Monroe's NewYork City Sanctuary

Marilyn Monroe is usually associated with the glitz and glamour of Hollywood's Golden Era, but when she wasn't on the West Coast, the iconic actress spent a great deal of time in New York City (she was married to a Yankee, after all). Whenever Monroe touched down in the city, she made 127 East 78th Street—the residence of her close friend and colleague Milton Greene—her home, even referring to it as her "sanctuary," Daily Mail reports

Now, the 4.5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse is available to rent for $27,500 a month through Town Residential. "Throughout the home, original details have been lovingly preserved and modern conveniences seamlessly infused," John Carapella, a rep for the real estate firm, told Daily mail.

The four-story residence features a marble staircase, a European terrace and stained glass from the legendary Luchow's restaurant and has also been updated with a security system, central air and heating and a Jacuzzi bathtub. In addition to Monroe and Milton, the house also hosted Bette Davis and Irving Berlin as residents since its construction in 1899. Tour the historic property below.
