Beyonce and Jay-Z $150,000 Per Month Rental Home in Holmby Hills Los Angeles

After renting out (on two separate occasions) this stunning mansion in Los Angeles's elite Holmby Hills neighborhood, Beyoncé and Jay Z will soon be without a West Coast home. The property was still for sale throughout the Knowles-Carter family's stay — even though they signed a one-year lease — and someone just picked up the home for $35.5 million, according toCurbed
Although their original lease would have extended their stay until February 2016, the music moguls now have just 60 days to move out, but with several other properties to their names, we're sure they'll be just fine.
Beyoncé and Jay Z have called New York City home for years, but it looks like the celebrity couple will be spending a lot more time on the West Coast after signing a one-year lease for a stunning mansion in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, the couple has already enrolled Blue Ivy in an elite private school in L.A., and the whole family has been living in a hotel while they search for the perfect home. But after being outbid on an extravagant Beverly Hills estate in December, Bey and Jay have decided to return to the rental they stayed in last summer, according to Curbed
The couple paid $200,000 a month when they first rented the mansion in 2014, but with the one-year lease they signed this time around, the price was dropped to $150,000 a month. And now that the music moguls will be staying for an extended period of time they will be able to fully enjoy all of the home's amenities, including the infinity pool, wine cellar, art gallery, fitness room, multiple libraries, private tennis court and home theater.
The seven-bedroom, eight-and-a-half bathroom estate is still for sale for $35.5 million, so perhaps the Carter family will make a purchase after trying it out for a year. Check out the photos below for a closer look at the estate Beyoncé, Jay Z and Blue Ivy will soon call home.

Ultra-Luxurious And Secluded Estate In Maine Can Be Yours For $9.5 Million

Ultra-Luxurious And Secluded Estate In Maine Can Be Yours For $9.5 Million

Maine gives America lots to talk about, including its seafood industry, landscape and literary hero Stephen King. But for those who need to own a getaway retreat and are up for a bargain, the Grace Estate is an option that may really get their attention. The landmark residence, along the Penobscot Bay in Maine, is on the market and offers ample tranquility and all the comforts of grand, luxurious living for $9.5 million.

Grace Estate is elegance itself, with a design theme straight from the Renaissance Revival. Set on a peninsula spanning 8.8 acres, the main residence was built in 1918, and offers virtually endless water views from almost every window. It also has 3,500 feet of shore front. Christies's International Real Estate describes it as a year-round cottage, but this is unlike any modest cottage most people have ever seen!

Of course, all houses – the well-designed ones, anyway – easily blend with their surroundings. Grace Estate is included in that group of grand homes. Its wide staircases, and tall, cathedral-like windows all seem to invite the outdoors inside, while maintaining elegance and beauty at every turn. It has hardwood floors throughout the first and second floors. It offers eight bedrooms, including luxurious master quarters with a large bay window and sitting area, and one of the house's many fireplaces. A kitchen leads to a large and fully-equipped butler's pantry, which transitions to a formal dining room that seats ten.

But Grace Estate possesses more than just inner beauty. There is, of course, an in-ground saline pool that is tucked away in a lush garden. In addition, the home has a backyard golf course with a sand trap, which offers the owner and their guests the opportunity to practice driving, chipping and putting to improve their score. If the eight bedrooms are not enough to accommodate all guests visiting at any given time, there's also a guest house on hand to offer additional space along with even more comfort and privacy.

It is no wonder that Grace Estate was once featured in Architectural Digest. Just one question remains: At $9.5 million, who is going to say no?!

Manny Pacquiao Drops $12.5 Million To Buy Diddy's Former Beverly Hills Mansion

Manny Pacquiao Drops $12.5 Million To Buy Diddy's Former Beverly Hills Mansion

If Manny Pacquiao gets his face smashed in by Floyd Mayweather in May, at least now he has a really nice home to recuperate in! Or, if Manny ends up smashing Floyd, now he has an awesome house to celebrate in!

Manny Pacquiao just dropped $12.5 millionto purchase Diddy's former Beverly Hills mansion. Manny didn't just buy the house itself, he also bought everything inside the 10,000 square foot mansion. He bought the house fully furnished, with all the art and appliances that are currently installed. The current owners even agreed to leave the alcohol in the bar fully stocked.

Diddy lived in this house from the mid 90s until 2001. He purchased the property out of foreclosure for $436,000 and sold it in June 2001 for $2.3 million. The house sold again in 2012 for $4.8 million, which was a steep discount from the $8 million they wanted in 2008, just months before the world economy collapsed.

The mansion has seven bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, and sits on a 30,000 square foot lot. It comes with a gourmet chef's kitchen, his and her bathroom spas and a $200,000 home theater that fits 20 guests. But forget photos and my description, check out this video tour of the house:

Jason Derulo's Florida Mansion

Jason Derulo's Motor Court
Sadly this fleet of Florida-appropriate white whips isn't included in the asking price, but they certainly do complement the massive Mediterranean-style mansion.

Jason Derulo's Living Room
Things certainly don't take a turn for the understated inside. A second-floor viewing gallery rings the double-height formal living area. We're not too sure about those sparkly potted trees, Jason, but the preppy, striped curtains are actually pretty on point.

And we wouldn't mind wiggle wiggle wiggling into that glossy navy porter's chair.

This large scale water feature can only be a makeshift background for impromptu kitchen karaoke, right?

Things take a turn for the trad in this black-and-white dining room. Derulo reportedly replaced all the floors with Italian marble shortly after purchasing the pad in 2012.

You should feel completely welcome (according to that pillow) in this sprawling den, where seating areas are defined by a pair of red leather sectionals.

If it gets to be, say, 100 degrees, Mr. Derulo can take a dip in his expansive backyard pool, which features a waterfall, elevated hot tub, and some sort of rocky grotto situation, seen here.

We'd guess this tropical poolside landscape has seen quite a few of these. Snoop Dogg is probably hiding just behind that totally natural waterfall right now.

After a first class trip around the world, yet another leather sectional offers the perfect place to kick back while you get on the phone with the passport office and see if those lipstick stamps are gonna be a problem.

INSIDE ELLEN DEGENERES’ AMAZING LOS ANGELES HOME

INSIDE ELLEN DEGENERES’ AMAZING LOS ANGELES HOME

Widely considered to be the most prized of all the Los Angeles mid-century modern trophy homes, the Brody House is the pinnacle of architectural modernism. Set on 2.3 acres in Holmby Hills adjacent to Hugh Hefner’s celebrated Playboy Mansion, the home is an essay of modernism that exemplifies true LA sophistication and glamour.
Famed Los Angeles architect, A. Quincy Jones was commissioned to design the Brody House in 1949 by art aficionado Frances Lasker Brody along with interior designer Billy Haines and landscape architect Garrett Eckbo. Completed in 1951 and spanning more than 11,000 square feet, the Brody House is an early example of Mid–Century Modernism at an extraordinary scale. This legendary architectural masterpiece has been heralded as a brilliant example of indulgent LA modernistic glamour without equal.
The 11,511 sq. ft. residence encompasses breathtaking interior and exterior living spaces that are both elegant and serene. Walls of glass and vaulted ceilings add to the expansive feel, while smooth-walled interiors, spotless finishes and an eye-opening atrium establish this luxurious residence as a true masterpiece of art and architecture.
The Brody House was recently acquired in an “off-market” deal for the stunning price of $39.8 million in early January 2014 by Hollywood celebrity talk show host and entertainer, Ellen DeGeneres. An acknowledged collector of trophy properties in Los Angeles, DeGeneres paid what is arguably the highest price per square foot the city has ever seen. For Ellen DeGeneres and her partner, Portia de Rossi, the A. Quincy Jones designed architectural gem, known as “The Brody House,” is now simply called home.
