Located in the 11th district of Budapest, Hungary, in Madárhegy near Budaörs, this minimalist penthouse envisioned byAdamdesign Belsőépítész Studio meets the modern living needs of its owners. The location offers proximity and easy access to the center of Budapest, as well as breathtaking views of the Buda mountains. Part of a brand new building consisting of 4 units, the 150 square meter penthouse is accessible via a private elevator. The crib has a smart and practical layout that separates the living area and the bedrooms on the two sides of the unit.


Both the master bedroom and living room are accompanied by a 31 square meter grand terrace, with full panoramic views. The guest or kids bedroom also offers a green terrace. Functionality is the key feature of the this cleverly designed minimalistic space. The layout of the unit is comfortable and spacious, and most of the furniture is custom designed and built in.
