Now the current owner wants to sell this house on a loss as it is listed on a low cost of $4.99 Million. Prior to this listing, the house was up for sale at 2007 $9 million. Two years later, there was a significant low on this property as it was again listed for $6,495,000. According to the property experts, the Laguna Beach homes are witnessing a decline of 16.7% in the rates, year after year on an average.
