Chris Brown West Hollywood house

Chris Brown Is Selling In West Hollywood, And The Neighbors Are Rejoicing (PHOTOS)

Residents at this West Hollywood condo building are overjoyed for one reason only: Chris Brown has left the building. The volatile young rapper became that annoying neighbor when he moved into this modern, sun-filled penthouse near Sunset Boulevard. Dog races in the hallway did nothing to endear him to other residents, nor did his Operation Nifty Package impersonations.

Luckily, the 3-bed, 3.5-bath unit appears to have survived unscathed. The open kitchen-dining-living room’s encircling windows, sleek cabinetry, and blond bamboo floors infuse the space with golden light. The bedrooms and home office enjoy similarly bright outlooks, albeit with carpet instead of wood underfoot. A wrapping terrace overlooking the neighborhood is accessed via sliding glass doors, and according to the listing, the bathrooms were all treated to “designer appoint[ments]”.

The 3,000 square foot space is listed at $1.9 million, and also includes laundry facilities and two parking spaces. Hopefully the next tenant will do a better job of negotiating the parking garage – Brown’s apparent inability to distinguish the difference between disabled and unreserved parking spaces (or effectively communicate with a landlord) ruffled more than a few feathers among residents.

This listing is presented by Manuela Villa.
