Recently scrolling across our desks from the Curbed universe was news that Academy Award-winning actress Sandra Bullock was selling her home in Austin, TX. But for all our sifting, there really aren’t many details – not even an address. There aren’t any interior photos provided in the listing, either. But those of the exterior show a white, tile-roofed home that features an expansive wall of floor-to-ceiling windows.
The agent’s description of the home provides little elaboration: apparently the 5,600 square foot home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, and is set on 1.74 acres overlooking Barton Creek. What the photos do show is an in-ground pool, large patio, tennis court, and amazing views of the downtown skyline. If that’s enough to pique your interest, you may be willing to shell out $2.5 million for the place, sight unseen.
